Guarantee: SparkleMonkey is centered on delighting customers.  Should any product fail to meet your standards within six months of purchase, we will repair or replace it.  We will make it right.

 

Returns: SparkleMonkey cannot accept product returns for refunds because each of our products are customized and made just the way you design it. Unlike mass merchants, we don't have a warehouse stuffed full of generic merchandise.  After a SparkleMonkey product is made to your order, we cannot restock it.

 

Purchasers of Personalized Gifts: If you're giving someone special a SparkleMonkey surprise that requires her to provide a photo, color choice or some other information, we'll reminder her periodically for you if she is slow in responding.  Gift orders to a slow-responding recipient can remain unfinished for up to 120 days before we close the order, so there's plenty of time to get it just right.

 

Recipients of Personalized Gifts: If we are waiting on you to supply a photo or other information to craft a gift given to you by someone else, but you really had your heart set on a different gift than the one which was purchased for you, we're happy to make the product switch with a store credit equal to the value of the gift -- just let us know how we can help!
